SOLO - the sizes explained

::: SOLO :::

The ring that changes with your outfit

Available for two marble sizes:
=> model 1 (basic ring model with small hole): for marbles of approx. 14 mm
=> model 2 (basic ring model with larger hole): for marbles of approx. 16 mm

Due to slight variations in marble sizes, you can find your perfect fitted ring.

Ring sizes available between approx. 51 and 58.

examples:

model 1 (basic ring model with small hole):
marble size of 13,9 mm => ring size of approx. 58
marble size of 14,2 mm => ring size of approx. 56
marble size of 14,5 mm => ring size of approx. 54
marble size of 14,9 mm => ring size of approx. 52

model 2 (basic ring model with larger hole):
marble size of 15,7 mm => ring size of approx. 58
marble size of 15,9 mm => ring size of approx. 55
marble size of 15,9 mm => ring size of approx. 53
marble size of 16,3 mm => ring size of approx. 51

Due to these slight variations in marble sizes, not only you can match ring and marble to find your size for the finger of your choice, but you can change the ring to another finger if you change to another marble with a slightly different size.

These sizes are indications. It is always best to try before you buy.

Jewelry Award 2018

Jewelry Award 2018, theme: Baroque I'm very honoured to be nominated for the Jewelry Award 2018, taking place in the new diamond museum, DIVA, in Antwerp on september, 28th. My work is titled: "Baroque: an architectural reduction" I integrated the baroque atmosphere into my architectural design process, keeping in touch with the baroque style elements. The ‘dynamic movement’ is reduced to geometric minimalistic dome shaped forms; the animal fur and pearls contribute in a subtle way to ‘richness and vivacity’; ‘wealth and power’ are materialised by combining gold and precious stones. Although different in their appearance, the three brooches are in harmony through their identical shaped form.

New brooches

I'm so delighted that some of my brooches will be published in Nicolas' new book!

Nicolas Estrada: "New Brooches is a reality. The book is being printed right now and will be available worldwide this year by the end of June in its English and Spanish versions. New Brooches features more than 400 photographs with the work from 172 jewellery artists, texts by Ramon Puig Cuyàs and Ezra Satok-Wolman, and the beautiful cover with the work from Turkish artist Selen Özus."
